- THE EARLIEST DAY TOURS WILL BE RUN IS DECEMBER 18TH 2024, WE WILL NOT OPEN BEFORE WEDNESDAY December 18TH2024.
- The snow forecast for Monday December 9, 2024, has been downgraded to 1-2 inches. Unfortunately, GTA needs significantly more to start running tours.
- There is not much in the forecast for the week following. Again, GTA does not operate on man-made snow. When conditions improve, we will start running tours.
- GTA will evaluate the conditions after this snow event passes and post an update on Friday Dec 13th ,2024 Regarding the planned opening day.
- We appreciate your understanding, GTA would like to be open as soon as we have the conditions to provide Safe, Quality tours.

Each 2-hour trip starts with a short snowmobiling instruction from your guide, after which you will go to our practice area to get comfortable on your sled. Once the group gets out on the trail you will be treated to incredible scenery throughout the Swan River Valley, with a few stops along the way to take it all in. Later in the ride, you start your way up to Georgia Pass, ending up on top of the Continental Divide at 11,585 feet above sea level. The view from up here is spectacular! Back at base, you can enjoy a warm fireplace. Tour time with your guide is approximately two hours. Tours depart hourly throughout the day with the first tour at 9 am. Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to tour time for check-in.

- Snowsuits and boots are included free of charge if you need them. Sorry, we do not have suits for children.

PRICING:
• Solo Driver – $248.00 (One Person Driving)
• Driver & Passenger – $341.00 (Two People Riding Together)
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
• Permit Fee – $10.00 (Charged Per Snowmobile)
• Damage Insurance – $9.00 (Charged Per Snowmobile)
* The minimum age to drive our snowmobiles is 15, and you MUST be at least 18 to carry a passenger. Sorry, no exceptions – it’s the law.
** Due to the nature of this activity the minimum age for children is 5 and for safety reasons pregnant women are not allowed on tours.
REALLY Important Information
- Reservations are required and must be paid in full at that time in order to guarantee your trip.
- There are no refunds for any cancellations or drops in party numbers within 24 hours of the scheduled trip time, and 72 hours notice is required for groups of fifteen or more.
- You must be least 15 years old to drive a snowmobile. No exceptions.
- Drivers must be at least 18 years old to carry a passenger.
- Youth 14 and under must ride as a passenger.
- Children 4 and under and pregnant women are not allowed on any of our tours.
- A maximum of 2 people per snowmobile with a combined weight of 400 pounds.
- A signed credit card imprint is required on all snowmobile tours as an equipment damage deposit.
- A signed liability agreement is required for each participant prior to the trip.
- Trips will depart at the scheduled time. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your tour to allow time for checking in and getting geared up. We cannot hold a tour for late arrivals.
- We ride snow or shine. We do not cancel due to weather. Riding when the snow is falling is amazing!
What To Wear
- Check the weather and plan accordingly. Passengers, especially children, tend to be more susceptible to the cold –
please make sure they are well prepared. - Multiple layers and ski wear, winter boots and snowboarding boots, goggles, sunglasses, gloves and neck warmers are highly recommended.
- You are responsible for providing your own gloves, goggles, neck warmers, etc. Good Times has neck warmers, goggles, gloves, hand warmers and fleece outerwear available for purchase.
- Adult snowmobile suits and boots are available at no extra charge for those who need additional gear. Sorry, we do not have children’s suits.
- We provide open face helmets which are required for all snowmobilers. You may bring your own helmet if you like, but it must be DOT approved. Ski helmets are NOT allowed for snowmobiling.
- Don’t forget the sunscreen, camera, water and sense of adventure!
